Track Your Shipment
Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with a "Tracking Number" link in it. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and see an estimated time of arrival. Please note that tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to appear in the online tracking systems. If you have not received a connote / tracking number once your order has been invoiced, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping insurance is automatically included on all shipments except on shipments of boat parts and delivery of boats. Insurance can be offered on boat parts at an additional cost.
Receiving Your Shipment
It is important to give an delivery address where someone is present to sign and receive your goods. GLS or FEDEX will not leave your parcel if the delivery address is unattended. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.
Delivery times will often vary depending on the items you have ordered, the quantity you have ordered, stock availability, public holiday interruptions, and so on. Presuming that your order can be fulfilled immediately (i.e. product is in stock in our warehouse and doesn't need to be backordered with the supplier) then you can expect your goods to ship the same or next business day. Once shipped your order will take between one and seven business days to arrive depending on your location.

1 This section shall apply only if the Customer is a natural person not acting in the exercise of his profession or business. Business Customers therefore will allow no right of withdrawal. 2 Only the direct cost of the return shipment will be borne by Customer. Customer must therefore to bear the return costs. If these costs are higher than the regular postage, Sky Watersports gives an estimate of those costs.
Any fees paid by Customer for shipping and payment of the product to Customer will in return the entire order will be refunded to Customer.
3 Within the withdrawal period provided for in paragraph 1 Customer shall handle the product and packaging. Client will just open the package and use the product only to the extent that this is necessary in order to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and performance of products. The assumption is that these inspections should not go further than the Customer in a physical store would.
4 Customer shall only be liable for diminished value of the product that is the result of a way of dealing with the product beyond permitted in the preceding paragraph.
